+ Do you use organic ingredients?

Providing quality ingredients is a top priority. Our items are organic, and locally sourced as much as possible.

+ Are Angel Cakes “heart healthy”, or ok for diabetics?

The answer is yes on both accounts. Angel Cakes were created with health in mind. Healthy fats such as avocado, or expeller pressed avocado oil, are used. Also, organic flaxseed meal and black beans are sourced when available. I aim to keep the macros balanced. This helps avoid the crash that you may feel after "indulging."

+ What if I have special food requests?

Some further cake customization is available through a customization consult with Heather (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist). I get it! Having multiple food allergies/sensitivities and various intestinal issues in my family, including AI conditions, such as Celiac Disease, there is close attention on customization so you can enjoy this earthly baked good that tastes divine.

+ Is there a minimum order for the Angel Cakes?

Yes, there is a 4 pack minimum for pre-orders.
