Anti-Inflammatory

To be anti-inflammatory is to COMBAT lingering (chronic) inflammation which causes the body to be in a constant alert state, leading to negative impact on cells, finally resulting in auto-immune illnesses and cancers. It is proven that chronic inflammation feeds cancers and illnesses and it is also known that certain foods possess more anti inflammation properties than others. It is our mission to incorporate as much of the foods offering the most inflammatory-fighting benefits as possible to positively impact the health of all. We aim to be diligent in our efforts and to remain current, accurate and an evidence based food and nutrition source for you.
